  • 11 Feb 2020
  • 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Rock House Brewing, 119 Luigart Court, Lexington

In preparation for the National Paddling Film Festival, this month's speaker will be Hanley Loller, former video boater and vice president of the BWA!

An informal history of whitewater videography (focus on the last 30 years). This presentation will trace the evolution of technology and style in whitewater videography. It will feature clips from seminal works such as Fun Forever, Fallin' Down, and Kavu Day but will focus on the subject of the artform as a whole, with a few pro-tips thrown in.

BONUS: You may see some exceptional carnage clips as well.

Non-members are always welcome! Club meetings are the best way to find out about upcoming events and to network with folks who can show you down the river. Come on out and bring a friend!
