Registration

  • In charge of planning breakfast, coordinating breakfast crew and getting the food cooked and served. Will coordinate with Kitchen Manager
  • Help prepare and clean up breakfast of champions.
  • In charge of planning Saturday dinner, coordinating dinner crew and getting the food cooked and served. Will coordinate with Kitchen Manager
  • Help prepare and clean up dinner.
  • Coordinates the borrowing and returning of gear by students.
  • Periodically empties trash cans, checks bathrooms for toilet paper, tidying up throughout the event and does one big cleanup on Sunday
  • Manage grounds crew, make assignments. Coordinate cleanup.
  • Reviews applications and assigns students to appropriate classes, distributes class lists and other info to instructors.
  • Teach students, assist teaching students, support students while they learn.
  • In charge of purchasing food and making sure all cooking and serving items are available and ready to go for kitchen crews.
  • Run registration, assign crew to registration table times, keep track of registrants (campers, volunteers and students). Bracelet enforcement.
  • 4 people will switch off duties but are in charge of checking people in, collecting fees if necessary, policing bracelets and making sure people are camped in proper locations.
  • Need at least two, but preferably four people with vehicle that can pull the trailer or carry boats and people back and forth in the mornings and afternoons.
  • Drive shuttle for classes. Helps if you have a good shuttle vehicle.
  • Manage shuttles, coordinate with instructors/classes. Make stuff happen

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. You can register for multiple volunteer slots under the same email address and register family members. Just make sure to put the name of the person working the slot when registering and the best way to contact them.

2. Volunteering gets the volunteer free camping and food for the weekend.
